Creating the Double Page Spread

1
Firstly, I inserted the edited image I wanted to use for the Double Page Spread onto an A3 sheet of paper on PhotoShop. This was the basis for the DPS and left space for text and more images.

2
Next, I entered page numbers in the left hand corner of each page which is a particular convention of any magazine. According to my target audience, this provided a more professional-looking image. After, I had downloaded a specific font in order to create the title to convey a specific indie image, providing the reader with the artist's name.

3
Next, I added a brief summary of what the article is about, giving the reader an insight into the artist's life. This is a well-known trait of music magazines of the Indie genre.

4
After, I added text which is the interview with the artist. The questions are in bold, allowing the reader to decipher the answers.

5
This is the final draft of the Double Page Spread of my music magazine. I added three more edited pictures onto the page of the artist to give a professional-looking image. Overall, I am happy with the outcome as the theme flows throughout both pages.
